How does it work?

Download the ÔLAVIE application from the Apple store and create an account in a few simple steps. Register with a mobile phone number or via Weibo and create a profile. Once the profile is complete, the customer can browse all our products, stores and read about the latest fashion trends.

There are two different APPs: one destined to the customer in China and one destined to the Fashion Hunters in Europe. We only have the iOS version up until today, but the Android version is to be developed shortly.

To make a purchase, add the selected product to your shopping cart. We recommend to interact with the fashion hunter selling the product through our integrated chat system. All our fashion hunters are happy to answer questions and give fashion advice about the selected product. The customer will discuss shipping options with the fashion hunter directly who will serve as their personal contact and responsible for the delivery as the platform does not take responsibility for the shipping of the goods.

How to register


Begin withcreating a profile on our application by creating an account. The use of any avatar name is possible such as uploading a profile picture. The customer will need to provide an address for the shipping of the products. After completing these simple steps the Customer is ready to enter the ÔLAVIE experience.

Payment terms

We currently accept UnionPay on our platform and Alipay and Wechatpay is coming soon.

To make a purchase, the customer makes a down payment for the requested product. The money is kept safely in the ÔLAVIE escrow payment system. The fashion hunter receives a message the payment has been made by the customer. Following he will proceed with buying the product in store and ship to the customer. Once the customer receives the product the payment is released to the fashion hunter.

Shipping and delivery

The delivery conditions are decided between the Customer and the Fashion Hunter.

The ÔLAVIE platform recommends to ship via our partner to benefit from advantageous prices but the customer is free to chose the shipping mode he prefers.

The ÔLAVIE platform is a marketplace, we do not take responsibility for the shipping of the products.
